Changed from Joomla to Drupal. I tried upgrading Joomla and the whole thing crashed. Drupal is fairly new to me, so time will tell if I stick with this CMS. It seems Drupal has the same REALLY ANNOYING problem as Joomla: Linking to local files seems to be impossible.
